Cluster Migraine Headaches Symptoms and Causes

Cluster migraines are recurrent and rather severe forms of migraines that commonly occur in various periods. These are believed to be one of the more painful types of migraines that people will have and can cause people to have intense pain surrounding the eyes and temples. This pain can last anywhere between 15 to 180 minutes and can travel to the face and neck.

People who suffer from these will experience them nearly every day throughout the day. Health research shows that they are more common in men than women. Unfortunately no one has been able to determine the exact cause of them though many believe the trigeminal nerve is responsible. It is possible that this nerve will carry certain sensations from the head to the brain that stops in the blood vessel that is around the brain.
